1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 4 Seat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to seat availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, or Counter Sale.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before departure.
• No refund for cancellations within 2 hours of departure.
• Counter reservations unpaid after 2 hours are auto-cancelled.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Service fees are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger information at booking.
• Carry original CNIC/passport for verification.
• Arrive at the terminal 30 minutes before departure.

6. Operator Liability

4 Seat acts as an intermediary. Actual services are provided by independent operators. 4 Seat is not liable for operator delays or service quality issues.
